my only atheletic purpose is to get rid of those blardee body fat.....but then nowadays, I think I kind of enjoy running......and your tips does help me.......

been doing it for like several months.....from 1.5k.....hehehehe.....

and yes I look quite alim.....and I am pretty alim nowadays........

if work together.. i feel like more motivated.
anyway ive been losing weight since i notice i weighted 120kg almost 8months ago tongue.gif
dats the highest i ever reach.. and waist of 44 -.- gila

i have few seluar bcoz susah nak cari..
and i have this 44 inch waist dockers..
one of the only seluar i have.. so then 1 day.. ketat
then i realized...
im f*cked up and need to reduce...

haha since then been working on diet and regular exercise..
although sometimes i do miss meal due to busy working...
now 80.2kg and counting.. aiming to get 65kg by august perhaps...

i did a 6.6k run today. feel extremely good about it....

tomolo rest day....brisk walking at the mall only.

Sunday is all out day plus swimming in the afternoon with kiddoes.

haha nice thread, nex week gona start with my minor cutting phase, since 7 of may gona go redang, mesti flex sikit whahahah. nah nah i m not going to do cardio, too lazy for tat, just the weights tongue.gif. Today i weight on the scale ( those u got to adjust the metal left and right i dunno wat u call tat, usually used by those boxing ppl for proper weight in) and read as 90.7kg, heaviest even get throughout the week. aiming for 87kg for max result by 6th of may tongue.gif.

started my day with steel cut oats - they're one tough meal to cook! filled me up quite nicely smile.gif

was planning to workout in the morning - we both woke up late and had to scuffle to office instead sad.gif

lunch with bff in 2 minutes. will up my workout later in the evening. bleh

WA............... 120kg and waist 44. I only about 110 and waist 40 only and it is very loose. lol.

current W=68.4kg. last weeek W=69.0kg.
being on weight plateou for near 2month. (well, exercise but eat crap).
targeting for realistic 2kg for 30days. (0.5kg per week)

I've got myself a new diet style today.

Now my exercise can be performed much better, even with 7 hours sleep only.

8.00am
2x10 squats, 2x10 push up, 2x10 sit up, 5 minute bouncing, 2x25 punches on hitman.

9.00am
1 slice ham sandwitch, 1 slice egg sandwitch.
1 cup neslo (2 tablespoon milo, 1 teaspoon nescafe, 1 teaspoon coffeemate, 1/2 teaspoon sugar) + 3 tablespoon oatmeal.
1x packet of organic mix fruit supplement.


11.50am
3x tablespoon glucose
organic supplement for blood circulation enhancement (1x pill)
organic supplement for respiration enhancement (1x pill)


12.00pm - 1.30pm
a fast warm up with 5x10 low jumps, 5x10 medium jumps, 5x20 fast punches. Then burn 660kCal with 40 minutes cardio training, then stretching + chest muscle training.

After the gym session, I still feel like having extra energy to do more workout! but time is up, i gotta back to work ady.
