I think eat less won't help much, eat right is better. I eat 6 meals a day starting from last week. And i still can lose 1kg++ compare to when i haven't start diet. Just eat less fats less sugar thing. Btw, just finished my HIIT and feel like lighter. xD

I already take out the battery of my scale and throw it (kinda waste). But at least i can't measure now even if i stand on it. xD

My motivation came from this thread and mostly from bodybuilding.com
Btw, ClarkFann, how long did you take to lose 17kg? Losing so much is kinda like a dream for me. @_@

Today work out failed again, can't even lift 7.5kg =.=. Maybe the PE test in school again? Need change my rest day to saturday instead of sunday now. Btw, kinda happy when someone said "you look a bit skin liao". Feel very motivated after hearing that word. xD (Perasaan)

At my town there is also a huge park with 2km track, and it just 10min drive from my home. Too bad i haven't get my license. =.=
