My motivation came from this thread and mostly from bodybuilding.com
Btw, ClarkFann, how long did you take to lose 17kg? Losing so much is kinda like a dream for me. @_@ |

Today work out failed again, can't even lift 7.5kg =.=. Maybe the PE test in school again? Need change my rest day to saturday instead of sunday now. Btw, kinda happy when someone said "you look a bit skin liao". Feel very motivated after hearing that word. xD (Perasaan)
