Downpayment via CC almost every developer allows but bank instalments are a different thing sad.gif

AKPK would not assist if got Court summons already. EON and MBf already summons. Funny HLBB didnt take legal action but look at the amount owing...RM41k.....

HLBB got some management issue in their card division previously but I heard its now back to norm, so .......

Ask EON & Mbf to withdraw their summons and promise to pay etc. If you got no assets whatsoever, just called their bluff and ask them to bankrupt you or sit down and talk etc.

Now no choice but need to settle as low as possible (if banks have pity lor) because my new work place did financial background search and wants me to settle all card before confirm work sad.gif anyone have contacts inside to get at least 50% off?

in this hard time i bet bank would prefer getting back the money rather than suing you. But that's hell lotsa interest snowballed in three years.

Lots of developer accepts CC..........
It is just convenient....however, CC charge some amount to the seller.. which need to be bare by them....

Certain car dealer accepts CC for deposit or downpayment. Just may need to bear the financial charge.
