anyone know hsbc amanah 5% cash rebate every fifth transaction is permanent of  just a promotion ?

how can we know it's our fifth transaction aaa??

hmm...i'm thinking of...

1st transaction (0.5% rebate) - pay my maxis bill rm1 via CDM
2rd transaction (0.5% rebate) - pay my maxis bill rm1 via CDM
3rd transaction (0.5% rebate) - pay my maxis bill rm1 via CDM
4th transaction (0.5% rebate) - pay my maxis bill rm1 via CDM
5th transaction (5% rebate)  - real normal purchase or petrol or something grand la....

and the cycle goes on for the next 4th i just used, just to finish 4 lesser rebate (0.5%) transactions to get 5% rebate on real purchase every 5th transaction....

I m not sifu but can share my experiance with u.
Other than u hav high income(but this is the fastest way to increase CL bcoz issuer always want u to proof ur income if u apply for increasing CL),huge spending,good repayment record and membership vintage might help u to get auto increase of cc CL.
Focus ur spending in single issuer and hold the cc for longer time(show them ur loyalty). I think u should get CL increase nearly every year.
When I was age of 21 few years back,my 1st cc CL only RM2k....   Today my lowest cc CL was RM45k and highest already 6 digits.

Suprised as i checked back , my first 3k transaction was dated on 2nd of Nov, rarely win from those cc contest before. Lol. Hope the X6 will be the next one!

I just checked out the 'SCB Guaranteed Gifts' - uhm... it's RM5k + there's only 50 TVs that's being given out.  No good lah.  Stick with Amex better, for now
