Hi, want to ask.

Has anybody known to have succeeded in reducing their fat belly into six pack in their late twenties?

Just curious.

it can be done, just need extra $$$$$$ to buy healthy food, motivation and proper diet and exercise. I manage to reduce my belly to sign of 4 pax. But budget is limited now, so bulking is easier

No oil, no cheat meals at all.

Even people with BF13% is trying hard to get 6pack, so it is not an easy task at all. I'm targeting BF15% now. If I can get BF15%, my stretch marks are going to be damn visible, but I'll accept it.

For now I only do cardio twice a week, HIIT cardio. I'm little scared actually if the weight goes down again. I'm eating more and more protein now than before. Will be doing the next tanita bodycheck on 1st August.

Must make sure that my weight don't go lower than 75kg, if I lose weight because of fats, I'm happy.

This kid needs to get into weightlifting. He's built to. If he grows to 5'6", he'd be a good 77KG or 85KG weightlifter. Oh hell, since he's so strong and muscular, get him to 94KG's fine too.

I lost 12kgs in 3 mths and the spare tayar is still visible, meh.

Gotta go get my bf&% checked sooner or later.

Oh yeah, I was obese before, hence the previous question above.

There are times that I doubt I'll ever get to see ma 4 packs, let alone 6, lol.

So far i think the best method to track ur progress is still measuring ur waist line. I drop mine from 36 to 33.5. It is all about diet, tune it nicely and eventually the result will be awesome.

there's a tonne of succesfull stories at bb.com...go check the fat to fit transformations thread...dunno about the metabolism tho, but if you're below 60, just work it out and the victory is yours...it's only the matter of time...

Any pharmacists here? Actually, I want to know if myostatin inhibitors are available in the Malaysian market or they are still at clinical trial stages?

EDIT: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Myostatin
As of 2009, no myostatin-inhibiting drugs for humans are on the market, but an antibody genetically engineered to neutralize myostatin was developed by New Jersey pharmaceutical company Wyeth.[20] The inhibitor is called MYO-029, but after an initial clinical trial, Wyeth says they won't be developing the drug.[21] Some athletes, eager to get their hands on such drugs, turn to the internet, where fake "myostatin blockers" are being sold.

I wouldn't mess around with myostatin, I doubt it can be efficiently employed.
