want to have difficulties to dance after my spm (continue back) ><"

As long as you do a lot of stretching to maintain/increase your flexibility, you'll be fine.

Squats might help a little with flexibility, but if you want to improve or maintain it, you still need to do your stretching. Doing squats won't impair dancing; in fact, it will help you become a better dancer since you're strengthening your core muscles.

Your body just hasn't accustomed itself to the exercise, so keep doing them and you'll eventually develop enough muscle conditioning. Then you'll be able to do it without breaking a sweat in no time.

PS what kind of dance do you do?

i just read an article from flex on stretching.
Perform dynamic stretches before lifting. These are burst movements like jump kicking and shoulder rotations.
This is proven to increase lifting strength by up to 10%.

For warm down, performing static stretches is the way to go(stretches that are held for 10-30secs).
This aid with recovery and slow the release of cortisol hormones(which is a catabolic hormone).

Hello, I'm doing

400 x 8 jumping ( around 30 minutes)
100 x 1 sit up (10 minutes)
20 x 1 leg up while on horizontal position (3 minutes)

Is that sufficient to deduct 5% body fat from 20% and with a visible six packs abs in 2.5 months?

You can if you spend your time HIIT-ing and cutting down carbs.

Yes, I'm currently cutting on carbohydrates, but not to that extend like taking oats as a meal/ changing rice into other stuffs. I am Just cutting on some rice and less on oily/sweet stuffs. Ain't with balance diet and 1 hour workout everyday is sufficient to 100% getting 6 packs in 3 months? What's is HIIT btw please? This is my stomach taken few days ago.
