TAME stands for Trainee Aircraft Maintenance Engineer and it is not a college. There are no race factor in becoming an LAME. All the colleges accept students from all ethnicities. I hope this helps.

This is probably due to a limited vocab on your side.. laugh.gif
I take it he's 70+ years old person who is still able to work.. Then he is mentally and physically capable person to perform the duties expected out of him.
Nothing powerful about that unless he can lift the B737 brake units on his own! tongue.gif

so, in this career next time in the future, we will have to face dirty black oil and hot engines like the car mechanics back in town there?

the oil doesnt neccesarily need to be black and the engines are not always hot
in another way, yes we have to face them tongue.gif
ok bad joke,

but from my point of view, the lae rarely touch the dirty greasy part, most of them are done by the mechanics or technician
but then, in certain ocassion, we have to get our hand dirty as well
