AKPK, debt issue, anyone got a question to ask them?

Our bank's debit card can be used oversea, just need to update the bank. Nowadays we have MAE and Bigpay. I used bigpay for overseas with no problem. my debit/atm card, i try not to used for overseas, just use as atm cash withdraw locally. |

I would like to ask for those which has withdraw from AKPK I requested on 29/1 to withdraw and it was approved on the same day. As can see from the screenshot, it shows as approved but there is the current instalment amount and when i click to DMP Plan, I still see the plan there. I find it weird because for my previous partial settlement, right away it will remove from the system. Do I still have to pay for February through AKPK and will my CCRIS change status now to "O" rather than "K"?  |

You may retrieve the letter with the following steps: 1. Login to customer portal at https://customer.akpk.org.my2. Click on DMP tab 3. Click on Letter tab 4. Select the required letter from the listing to view/ download/ print 5. To download the letter, click Download button at upper right of the viewer 6. To print the letter, click Print button at upper right of the viewer  |

My 5 figure debt journey
Joined a startup company and not profitable yet after a year.
Ran out of cash capital and little low on other assets, been liquidating heavily.
Resort to almost maxing my CC limit.
At some point, missed the minimum payment. Interest and late payment charges adding up, calls fr bank almost daily till akpk says hi.
Ignores the call for couple of times until i thought hey maybe this can be the solution. I was half willing to go through whatever the process.
End up they said no I can't use their service due to total debt amount or was it because it's cc usage not a loan.
A little relief but still seeking for ways to manage this. Can't be paying all the charges and interest.
Consolidated all the cards into auto balance conversion plan for 36 months and went for early settlement at month-3
Pending just one more bill they yet to issue me and I shall have my nett worth back in the green again soonest.

Why not apply for eCCRIS to check your credit facilities? It is very convenient |
