Opss but this DMP agent say if go with them they can get better interest rate 3%-5% from bank and if direct with AKPK only can get around 8%-9% ..how ??

Scammers la...they can even promise you 0% if they want,as long as u pay them their ‘fees’

AKPK service is free,interest range between 7-8%.I dunno if anyone got lower than 7%

a friend used them past year, they covered his personal credit card debt but now you pay installments on a new credit card with lower interests.

My friend thought they were partners of the bank hence signed up. Now he pays monthly installments but to random companies on the statements. I've googled them but not much info except their FB page. Are they illegal, ah longs?
What happens if you are unable to pay the monthly installments?

Hello, anyone face this issue before? I'm sure someone will face this similar case.

Been under AKPK for the past 8 years, next month is my step up amount for the remaining 2 years. Because previously I was on the same repayment amount for several years, hence the remaining 2 years the step up is more than double of the current repayment amount.

Due to economy downhill, company not doing well, part-time job also similar to non-existent, household cost increasing gradually overtime, my kid is OKU, I tried to apply tenure extension to maintain the current repayment amount. Income not increasing, everything is still the same.

Anyone do this successfully? Eg. extend tenure 10 years + maybe 2 years? Possible?

If AKPK reject, I can't afford to pay the next step up, what should I do? AKPK will kick me out of the DMP programme?

after you have cleared or settled, the bank has to update BNM. it is updated/refreshed on 15th of every month 
I would suggest you have a current record of your ccris report, I have seen some that has >0 numbers in the months columns, which would foresee needs some extra time to clear.

For withdrawn, it will be different case as still owe or paying to the bank.

so true about the 0 numbers as seen in my latest ccris. I have raised data verification to BNM supported with all records. The other banks have removed the Loan under AKPK restructurings tatus except HSBC. Strangely this is the bank that I made my full payment. Why don't they just wipe off the data from CCRIS.

HSBC, maybe you try call the officer you dealt with and tell them to update ccris.

I have trouble with HSBC previously too but on different case.
