Or you can save 6 months payment and use it for early settlement for some of the debt

Usually people will contact with bank to clear debt....but as for reducing debt with that bank....I am not sure

I suppose it will be ok ...make sure you know when you fully settle that bank in future so that you can stop paying that amount on AKPK.
*
For reducing debt with bank, yes you can direct transfer to the respective bank or thru their CDM.
Just to make sure that you don't over paid the amount. tongue.gif

tq......
im asking for a refund for my excess payment , almost 6k.

i received an email about fullsettlement request yesterday and received another email about fullsettlement approval and guideline to download fullsettlement letter this morning.
i believe that akpk get the confirmation from the bank and the system will auto generate the fullsettlement letter
*
Congrats bro! So, what's your next step? Take the letter to BNM to clear off your name from their system? Or just wait?

I've not done mine yet... Just Citibank itself take 1 month also never knock off from the system. Damn, moreover now I can't upload my partial settlement letter thru portal.. Have to email to them. Wondering how long they need to take to take off my partial settlement amount. Shit!

I think CCRIS matter have to go to BNM to settle.

Hi, I have an enquiry. Since I'd paid off CITIBANK debts. They sent me so call "statement" mentioned the figure that I'd paid.

Wanna ask, does CITIBANK give us a "Settlement Letter" instead of "statement" ?

Okay noted.

Not sure why i unable to load the akpk portal page.
*
FYI, during MCO - CMCO - RMCO, we can't upload thru AKPK Portal.
We have to email to them @ cust.adjsec@akpk.org.my

Just mention your name, your contact number and AKPK reference number will do. =)

Cheers!
