QUOTE(MakNok @ Jun 1 2020, 11:50 PM) Usually people will contact with bank to clear debt....but as for reducing debt with that bank....I am not sure For reducing debt with bank, yes you can direct transfer to the respective bank or thru their CDM.I suppose it will be ok ...make sure you know when you fully settle that bank in future so that you can stop paying that amount on AKPK. Just to make sure that you don't over paid the amount. |

QUOTE(monocat @ Jun 16 2020, 01:15 PM) tq...... Congrats bro! So, what's your next step? Take the letter to BNM to clear off your name from their system? Or just wait?im asking for a refund for my excess payment , almost 6k. i received an email about fullsettlement request yesterday and received another email about fullsettlement approval and guideline to download fullsettlement letter this morning. i believe that akpk get the confirmation from the bank and the system will auto generate the fullsettlement letter |

Hi, I have an enquiry. Since I'd paid off CITIBANK debts. They sent me so call "statement" mentioned the figure that I'd paid.
Wanna ask, does CITIBANK give us a "Settlement Letter" instead of "statement" ? |
