Don't know if AKPK will extend the Moratorium for another 3-6 months as suggested by our Finance Minister.
AKPK, debt issue, anyone got a question to ask them?

QUOTE(monocat @ Jul 28 2020, 10:19 AM) I got 10% pay-cut. i believe many companies are taking this opportunity to implement pay-cut.to control my expenses, i move from postpaid plan to prepaid plan, terminate unifi and reduce other expenses. now they can do that without much consequences. especially SME chinese owned business, damn bloody. |

QUOTE(greeny88 @ Sep 28 2020, 11:33 AM) Hello, anyone ask this before? I asked AKPK before about this matter. AKPK cannot extend the moratorium, but AKPK can help to reschedule your monthly payment to lower sum due to the MCO Covid-19. They did it for me, actually it is even better, because they reschedule lower sum for me for more than 6 months. If AKPK customer wanna extend moratorium beyond Sep20, need to call bank to apply individually? Any AKPK users doing this and success/failure? Thanks. You may try call them to help you. No point calling bank, bank will not help you, especially us. |

QUOTE(year2020 @ Sep 29 2020, 12:00 PM) Hi, My experience = AKPK = around 15% less. Can I ask how big is the difference between original monthly payment and after reschedule? And do you need to provide any kind of document? Appreciate if you could share your experience with us here. My experience = CIMB = housing loan = depend on your % of pay-cut or retrenchment due to Covid-19. CIMB is helpful. LA757 liked this post

QUOTE(Shah_15 @ Sep 30 2020, 03:56 PM) Can i apply for akpk while most of the loan still under moratorium? Cant afford to pay the credit card now of course you can, actually AKPK advice us to go to them as early as possible, before you cant pay the credit card.I wish I went to them much earlier, save me the hussle listening to those collection unit non-stop calling day and night. |

QUOTE(sueannee @ Nov 10 2020, 08:40 AM) Hi everyone, Bro,I would like to make full settlement to my AKPK, I only have one credit card under it. I would like to know do I first contact the bank and then AKPK? I'll be paying off to the bank right? Its a huge amount and I'm afraid of making mistakes 😐 Please do not forget to ask for as much discount as possible from the bank officer. Dont buta buta pay them the exact full sum. I believe they can give very good discount for AKPK lump sum settlement. Just tell them you got one time bonus / commission, if they want then they can take it like 20%-50% discounted sum for final settlement. Just try, no harm, it will be good for future AKPK ppl like us. LA757 liked this post

QUOTE(ray_WD @ Nov 12 2020, 10:30 AM) Guys, I have recently opted out from AKPK as I can afford the monthly installments. Thus, since then I cant make any move to purchase anything from the bank. All applications are rejected, now I am deciding to settle the loan which brought me to AKPK. My situation now is I can afford to pay a new loan which I am about to take but no banks want to entertain my request. I am looking to buy a property which I love but I cant make a move. Can someone enlighten me what can I do? or any bankers can help me? After you opted out of AKPK, you need to wait for 6 months, to let your CCRIS records to clean up = no AKPK = no bad records. Then you may apply for loan, but please do not apply the new loan with those banks under AKPK before, use other new banks. |
