Don't know if AKPK will extend the Moratorium for another 3-6 months as suggested by our Finance Minister.

i just got 20% pay-cut since last month, things are getting very difficult.

I asked AKPK before about this matter. AKPK cannot extend the moratorium, but AKPK can help to reschedule your monthly payment to lower sum due to the MCO Covid-19. They did it for me, actually it is even better, because they reschedule lower sum for me for more than 6 months.

You may try call them to help you.

No point calling bank, bank will not help you, especially us.

My experience = AKPK = around 15% less.

My experience = CIMB = housing loan = depend on your % of pay-cut or retrenchment due to Covid-19. CIMB is helpful.

of course you can, actually AKPK advice us to go to them as early as possible, before you cant pay the credit card.

I wish I went to them much earlier, save me the hussle listening to those collection unit non-stop calling day and night.

ya, i noticed this arrear payment too.

when calculate, it is equivalent to the 6 months moratorium sum from April to Sep 2020.

anyone know why it show in our arrear payment in our portal ?

just now i login AKPK portal want to make payment, noticed the "current installment"everything show zero.

i not yet pay the Oct 2020 intallment.

last week it show the instalment sum, and this week zero.

what happend?

Lately AKPK Customer portal keep showing different weird info, so scare to make payment also.

Donno what is going on with their website, every week show different thing, so confusing.

Bro,

Please do not forget to ask for as much discount as possible from the bank officer.

Dont buta buta pay them the exact full sum.

I believe they can give very good discount for AKPK lump sum settlement.

Just tell them you got one time bonus / commission, if they want then they can take it like 20%-50% discounted sum for final settlement.

Just try, no harm, it will be good for future AKPK ppl like us.

After you opted out of AKPK, you need to wait for 6 months, to let your CCRIS records to clean up = no AKPK = no bad records.

Then you may apply for loan, but please do not apply the new loan with those banks under AKPK before, use other new banks.

use just like normal credit card way..
