QUOTE(Petre @ Dec 15 2025, 04:13 PM)
i have lost my akpk programme and is now back in deep shoot.
i know many will come in to bash, i dont want to give excuses but my personal life troubles have led to bad decisions and now to this

around 15k of CC debt, previously enrolled in akpk but failed to pay, kena kick out of the programme

anyone can guide me how can i discuss with the respective banks?

i have intention to pay, but now practically out of savings and out of job.
if you are angry after reading this, please do spare me the lectures and spare yourself your precious time and energy.
i can only blame myself for being too nice and too naive

and right now i need your help.

can banks still accept 0% balance transfer in my situation? i imagine all my cards are no longer active
also, bank negara can intervene to help? at least with a repayment plan that i can afford to follow?

any advice
please
thanks

You are out of job now, how are you expecting to follow a repayment plan?

Do you have family that can assist you, no one is gonna help you except your family.

Out of curiosity, when AKPK structured your payment... monthly berapa? and how much/often you short? That should give some indicator how deep of a hole.

What asset do you have? phone? laptop? bicycle? watch? TV? Anything worth more than 100 dollars... sell.

Like you said you don't even have a job now, how you expect to pay them back even with balance transfer?

Get yourself employed first should be your utmost priority

Ok bro.

Since u r below 100k bankruptcy benchmark, then just dont pay anything at all for now because anything u pay also will not reduce principal.

Just change ur phone number, and get a job and settle ur life back up straight.
Then when u secure a good one, 15k is sap sap sui to settle

Otherwise, is ask parent or family help

Dun worry la 15k is no big issue. Dont pay also nothing big can do from bank, not gonna splash u paint or hunt u down.
Just blacklist only no big deal..
