If you've akpk status in your CCRIS report, no banks will be able to grant you a loan. Same if you've legal action or special attention accounts. If you've instalments in arrears, you still have a slim chance I'd not more than 1 or 2 intermittently and will depends on how the banks credit scoring.

But the new amount would need to be agreed by both the counselor and payee/enrollee right? Coz they may suggest higher amount than what the person is comfortable paying. Coz if show payslip appears salary sudah naik, but so is living costs!
