Eh people, I was told by my banker that some purchasers just called her and requested for our group rates citing,.."...read from somewhere got group rates la".....Wah, very hard la....by the way, if you apply separately or individually without going through us, the group rates cannot be approved la....like that no more group rates lor, everybody apply also claim group rates...

So, once again those interested in group rates, pls PM me...

anyhow, we are still trying to get updates from the developer side. any updated news will be posted asap. smile.gif

I just locked one unit at 5th floor type C, the location is very nice and the price is affordable...hope everything is smooth smooth.

just curious...were u the one who booked level 5, unit 9 just now in the sales office? tongue.gif

btw, i've been 'promoted' to level 18 already...heheh, just switched units as somebody's loan was not approved!
sis is taking my previously booked level 15 unit instead and there's still a level 13A type C up for grabs (which was her previously booked unit). anyone interested in a high level kl view unit better be quick...while stocks last! laugh.gif

Hi...

Latest Updates on the Sales Report. I calculated the unsold unit, up to yesterday 9.30pm, there are 63 units unsold, meant now the sales is 74%. rclxms.gif

Btw, before I'm leaving the sales office, I met the lady boss (Head of Account Dept). I took the opportunity to ask her abt the 1st billing to bank. She said should be in June. Meant only 2 months from now. Thus, she advise us to finalize our loan asap as the loan document need vy long time to be processed. The penalty is not cheap ler.

And, as I heard from my friends as well. Really need to find a reputable bank to minimize the risk of late payment. Cos usually bank will late for 1st bill. After that should be alright. Thus, must keep track to your banker and lawyer to make sure they really will help you in the case.

no lar.. yesterday nite i'm going there to pay my down payment. then i met babana there. smile.gif unfortunately, there are another pair of couple is there. so i've to wait lor... while waiting, nothing to do mar.. hehe..

Babana, the couple booked a unit but i'm not sure which unit is that. I only can find them paying the booking fees.
