Halo, am new Zester here.. bought Tower B.. :-)

ok lah. I own a unit at Block B.

i also got one unit at tower B

went to the sales office to kpc today. left oni 16 units as of 5pm! alot of ppl in the sales office also, contrary to the earlier posts i read that response has been somewhat lacklusture as of late due to the increase in price.



seems like still got some very nice units left wor (i.e. ZA-19-02 and ZA-16-03)...


oh btw, some not so good news. the SA also told me today that the new sales office cum showroom will only open around end sept / early oct coz they need to connect the basic amneties (water, electricity), do landscaping + get the road tarred up as well.

I dun think they will rush for the showroom since is almost sold out.......no point for them to speed up.. anyway i'm still waiting patiently for it.....
