ok... list has been updated above..

I just check on wikimapia, and it seems that the satelite view has been update. Now we have more visibility on the surrounding development.

Actually the Zest site has been marked there for a long time. In fact, I think there is something wrong with the marking.
1. Its "shape" is wrong (it has included the road as well)
2. Most importantly, it covers the petrol station!

Here's my version after redefining the mark. It's just my impression and it may be wrong (especially on the measurements, such as the petrol station size etc). Kindly correct me smile.gif

I've also drew 2 lines to give better impression on the effect of the DBKL flats smile.gif

I beg to differ.. buyers are particular for all this thing..

Asking price RM350k is quite premium as landed houses in BK selling almost similar price, your unit must be something special compare to the rest.. bare in mind, Zest has 720 units..

As another prop daiko in other forum mention, if it fails the "I will stay there" test, how to expect future buyers wanna stay there too  rolleyes.gif
*
yes, subsale buyers have the advantage of viewing the actual unit before signing on the dotted lines.
though The Zest has 720 units, only 120 units have KL (or some call it C+C) view and are all East facing.
those wanting KL view will need to pay a premium for it. rolleyes.gif

anyway my unit is in Block C. cool2.gif

the other property daiko? i know who you are refering to. brows.gif

Oh ya, I forgot to mention that today I went to the office and there were only 13 units left unsold - and I saw some tables working on some documentations - perhaps some units were being booked/sold in front of me brows.gif

well, my SA assured me that show unit is definitely gonna be up, just that not within this mth. apparently they've got the interiors and all done up already...dunno how true is that la.

oh btw, there's only 3 shoplots left for the commercial side of zest as of saturday, with 17/20 sold (85%). only the 3 left-most units (the ones which u approach first when u're coming from Bkt Jalil) are still available.

Thanks for the sharing.

I believe it's Type B unit. Looks promising but the living room is a bit small/narrow to my liking sad.gif

they put lot of mirrors to make it look bigger/ spacious. it does help in a way but honestly i think everything is too boxy. just look at the tv panel - so thick and squarish. TT shud spend more $$ on the interior. Still no complain though. Just my pov only. =)

I understand that this is just a 3-D visualization and the real thing may be different. However, I am really not comfortable with the doors. They are way too near to the wall and I could not imagine how to fully open them :S

Everything you see in 3d rendered image is still not usable for reality check. If the creator were to use smaller objects from sofa, lights, chairs, tables, tv..etc, you'll get the sense of a bigger room.

The reason why I noticed it because I feel a bit weird looking at the two doors (the main and the storage room doors). Seriously, if they use the same material on both doors, some people will use wrong door to exit for sure biggrin.gif

One more thing to ponder upon, since it's not "logical" to have doors to be so near to the wall, this means that the doors will be nearer to each other (side-by-side). This looks more funnier to me rclxub.gif
