Actually i am quite puzzled how a showunit can fit into a shoplot. How is it going to depict or even give you a feel of a real unit because shoplot dimensions may not match? Do you even get a balcony to check out? Perhaps fake walls made from gypsum board obviously make the wall thinner, thus feeling of a larger unit too. shakehead.gif

I wonder which unit type they are going to cramp in there? We shall see... keeping fingers and toes crossed.

True, at developer point of view. Because they can save $$$ and move the focus point (marketing, ANP) to another new project, since The Zest sales is so good and I think cash flow is the least they need to worry now. But, if because of this reason they delay/abandon the show unit, then we (the purchasers) will be VVEERRY disappointed lor.

They can do that if they want. After all, almost all buyer has already sign the SPA and secure ther loans. Everyone bought it before even seeing the show unit. biggrin.gif

I think the showroom is a must for us to have the near-actual feel and look of the unit. At least, we can plan our renovation and furniture better (2~3 years later tongue.gif )

I do agree that from developer POV, there isn't a need to spend much on the showroom to save cost since the project is nearly sold out sad.gif

However, I do hope that the developer will consider the current buyers' feedback to enhance their image as a developer for the next project (or the 24 luxury units project?)
