Hi all punky Zester here xD Just a quick check, is there anyone applied loan from SCB? I found out from the link below they offered ZEC as low as B-2.25% and NZEC can be as low as B-2.50%. SCB Best Rate in Town !!!Some good rates I heard lately are as following : RHB - BLR-2.2%, ZEC OCBC - BLR-2.3 first 3 years, BLR-2.4 until finished, NZEC I am preparing documents for submission now. Any thoughts? Thank you in advance ^^

In 3 years time, prices will not be skyrocketing as flippers will tend to sell it immediate with minimal impact to interest being charged once VP. Most likely without reno too since rental is not the aim. So we get more supply than demand which will drive the price south with flippers competing. As for me, i might put on my flippers and walk  since my loan package is geared for that. Then again, depending on situation i can opt to re work on the mortgage once my 3 years is up.
