Issue:

I am withdrawing EPF for 10% downpayment and am waiting for EPF approval.

I want to pay this 10% downpayment according to the 12-month interest-free installment via credit card.

My SA told me that I am not eligible for this "package".

I asked him for the "requirements". He told me that those who opt for EPF withdrawal will not be getting this "package".

What if...

I want this package so badly that I forfeit/reject/spoil/cancel my EPF withdrawal application? My SA told me I CANNOT do that! sweat.gif
I kept asking for the "requirements" validity and he then told me that it's his boss' decision on this.
My question: Does my EPF application has anything to do with it? I always think that to take EPF or not IS MY PERSONAL decision and the developer should not question about it as long as I can afford the 10% downpayment (follows by 90% bank loan).
Kindly enlighten me notworthy.gif

Still remember that time after i sign my S&P, the SA keep on push me to pay the 10% downpayment with my c.card
and keep telling me i can settle the c.card after i withdraw my EPF whistling.gif

Now your SA tell you the different thing.. rclxub.gif

If they take away the partition then it is a good news for me.  rclxms.gif

Frankly speaking, i hate that partition since it "eats up" the space.

Meaning, we don't need to do anything already (ie. reinitial certain docs, etc)? Hmm, cant really remember the lawyer told me about this when i was signing my s&p.
*
I need to re-initial the amended pages.. Cause my s&p was signed sumwhere at Mar..

The lawyer say will call me to re-initial the docs.. but now sound like stone drop inside sea hmm.gif

Sumore duno the lawyer oledi settle the drawndown or not.... they keep on saying stil proceeding whistling.gif

Anyway if the first drawndown became late... do we need to bare the late interest or the lawyer is to be blamed icon_question.gif

As per what I know, developer will issue letter to bank to advise for money release, and the deadline will be 21 working days from the date of letter issued out.. If any parties' (lawyer, bank, government, or whoever) process slow down and causes any delay.. Yes, the late payment interest (daily calculated, as per S&P agreement) of 10 % per annum is to be bared by the purchase, which is.. US.

That's why, developer always advise us to choose for their bridging banks so 'minimise' the risk of late payment ....

Thx for ur info...

Than need to chase the lawyer like helllll to confirm the status doh.gif
