I will be meeting the developer's lawyer around 10 or 11am at the sales office this coming saturday to re-sign some amended pages to the documents.

My documents was signed vry much earlier. According to the lawyer, the amendments is towards the Deed of Mutual Covenant in particular to the definition and the attached plan. He assured me that the changes is not material but because of that the pages in the document ran. As such i have to re-sign (initial) it.

Anway will let u guys know more bout it once i attended this with the lawyer.

Naleh, which room type you bought? I got a block B pool & KL city view unit (type B) at 18th floor and only for RM270K. 12th floor should be cheaper thought. hmm.gif

I think you are right. I went to the site a few times as well, base on the measurement of my "eyes" (I might be wrong blink.gif ). I don't see that the whole block A units are facing golf course. Possible that 2 units at the end of block A might be able to have a diagonally view to the golf course, the rest I think would be facing the flats.

Mine is type A facing Pool & KL City View as well. 280K includes the parking lot price or not? If not, then it is cheap hmm.gif

Is anyone going for buffet treat this coming weekend?

Like I said before a lot of Zest buyer did not do a real check on the golf view pitch talk. If you go to the actual site or even PKB huge mock up model of the entire BK development, you can see where is zest vs the golf course.

First of all, the DBKL flat is on top of a hill that at least 3-5 storey high. (Zest is on the lower side) The Flat is itself is about 20 storey high. And the golf course is right infront of the DBKL flats after Paragon height. Zest is facing the DBKL flats head on. However all is not lost, because to the most right view (if you standing in front of Zest balcony), you get to see some narrow fairway greens and some nice bangalows. The DBKL flat is far enough not to impose on your view to some extend.

Such a tight timeline. You should work closely with the banker and the developer by informing them ur status, at least, if there is any delay on the part of the bank they are ok bout it.

You just need to write an email to your sales person informing of the delay. I'll sign mine this weekend, dateline is supposed to be last weekend. So as long as you communicate with them, it is fine tongue.gif

Exactly ! I believe those in Tower B facing hillside will be facing the flats directly! Tower A is still facing them directly but from the balcony, diagonal view still able to see the golf course.

However, the largest part of the golf course is much much further nearby the flats doh.gif


The bungalows are nice but the owners will be cursing the DBKL flats and the Zest for "downgrading" their property - but on the other hand, we are happy for the bungalows as they are "upgrading" the Zest laugh.gif

Yeah at first when the block B was initially opened, I booked the unit facing hillside expecting that I will be having a greenery view. After that, I went to the actual site and noticed that I will be facing those low cost apartment instead. At that moment, tower A was not opened yet for sale. I do not think that the location of tower B is able to view the golf course. Even the Tower A will have only partial view of the golf course.Immediately I called the sales unit to change my unit to the one facing pool/KL view.
