Same question Im having now. I've been struggling on landed and condo (service apartment) for some time.
But for my reason of choosing the zest is as below:

1) Working place at TPM. 5 km away.

2) Condo would be a good choice for 2 - 3 person stay. My parents will still be at Seremban. No need a bigger house yet.

3) The Zest is the one I can afford now. If is landed, I would need my father's help (for Double Storey).

There's my reasons. biggrin.gif

hi cedrickang.. me 1st floor tower c. working at tpm. i choose TZ not only just becoz i work @tpm. i dunno in future i might be working at other place..who knows.. but i think TZ still i can afford and near to many places in lembah klang.. puchong of course, sunway, Subang, KL (thru jln klang lama), mines, putrajaya, cyberjaya.. wht else.. LRT station would be bonus point if it really happen.. and also i love kinrara's neigbourhood.

From my experience, no chance to wait in property... the longer u wait, the price higher it goes.
have enuf money then go into it... of course do research first b4 you make decision to buy lor~

alot ppl that work in TPM bought there worr...

Hi, can i confirm something with all sifu's around here?

Any payment you all made when you all sign the SPA? Did you all pay for the Legal Fee & Setem Fee ?

i heard need to pay this when the project is done. Any idea how MOT is counted?

Any suggestion on paying the legal and stem fee together with the 10% and get better rate form bank?
or include into loan package but lower percentage package? NZEC and ZEC ... which one is better?...

Anyone can provide me the number of the lawyer who prepare SnP? I left mine my booking receipt at home. I wanted to called up and postpone the SnP signing coz of loan approval and becoz of my sister wedding.

Damn not happy with my sales person. She call me to write in letter summo.
