I think most of us also have the same view as you & really hope that our Zest Community can build a safe & warmth neighbourhood..

We have to form our own Community for the Zest.. Can't wait for 2012..

hi guys.. i told my close friends about me buying a unit at TZ. some of them are happy .. yeah.. finally i found one..but some make me feels like i made the wrong decision. why apartment? not landed? of course, i have my very own reasons. im done searching for landed prop even it always be my dream to have one. if i choose landed (good + quality + affordable) but its so far far away from the office or other places, is it worth? i have to go out early then back late..then owh.. feel tired. i cant imagine that everyday with the same routine. i have few more reasons but i believe most of us have the same common reasons. but i just need some opinions from u guys.. something that makes me believe i have made the right decision.

Same question Im having now. I've been struggling on landed and condo (service apartment) for some time.
But for my reason of choosing the zest is as below:

1) Working place at TPM. 5 km away.

2) Condo would be a good choice for 2 - 3 person stay. My parents will still be at Seremban. No need a bigger house yet.

3) The Zest is the one I can afford now. If is landed, I would need my father's help (for Double Storey).

There's my reasons.

where u work?haha..landed prop if wan to get in puchong area i think need 300k above lo..haha..tat i cant afford..this TZ i think nice with the concept..haha...modern style.

Added on April 15, 2009, 3:15 pmhi cedrickang.. me 1st floor tower c. working at tpm. i choose TZ not only just becoz i work @tpm. i dunno in future i might be working at other place..who knows.. but i think TZ still i can afford and near to many places in lembah klang.. puchong of course, sunway, Subang, KL (thru jln klang lama), mines, putrajaya, cyberjaya.. wht else.. LRT station would be bonus point if it really happen.. and also i love kinrara's neigbourhood.

Yeah I am working in TPM as well.

From my experience, no chance to wait in property... the longer u wait, the price higher it goes.
have enuf money then go into it... of course do research first b4 you make decision to buy lor~

alot ppl that work in TPM bought there worr...

Maybe can indicate the reason of buying as well? (own-stay / investment)

planning on staying there... my sister lives in BK3 and i tumpang her house for quite some time and realised how easy it is from there to usj, pj, kl, cyberjaya, +food stalls... and buying a landed for ownstay is not for me yet.. i think a good apartment is kinda fun to live in with all the neat stuff like pool,gym,security and stuff.
yes, people will keep telling us that landed is always better.. but better won't always be fun... and everybody's here seems fun.. plus the model was damn cool... the salesgirl just clicked at the tablet and the house light up....(or do i need to go out more..)
anyway, hopefully the developer won't let us down...

Yes yes, Im totally agree with wat Moiselle said.. For me, I just like Condo because we are new type of people. we are new generation. Those ppl especially my friends like landed I always shut them up with their old ppl mind-set.. HAHA... Btw, I believe that for times goes by, many younger generation started to love Condo instead of landed. Cause as we can see, most landed properties are suitable for family. While nowadays a lots of young single executives are able to buy their first property around age 24 +- and they would more goes for condo lifestyle. Moreover, I believe if this Zest location and concept is good, sure a lots of youngster love it. So, I foresee that the appreciation rate for condo is much better than landed in the coming future.
