The problem with the Zen that it is too deep inside Puchong.

Furthermore, the price is really expensive and not many people could afford it.

WHat the price like for block B?

eh moiselle, still got east / kl view units available? mind telling us which floor u locked-in ur unit?

haha, no worries! finally there's a garden unit owner for zest in lyn forum 
for a moment, i thought the prices for block C was also raised already coz u said RM273k...lol

technically, level 1 is level 6 due to the 5 storey carpark so...yea, there might be a possibility of u having a view of the kl skyline. hope u'll plant lotsa nice flowers n shrubs so i can have a nice view when i look down from my unit...haha!! 

yea, i'm wondering where are the others too. this thread has been pretty quiet for the last couple of days...

RM273 for B type at tower C, which if i choose the same type with garden at tower B (1423 sqft), the price is RM290K..

haha.. hope i can manage to have those in my garden.  i'm not so good in gardening but i still need the smell of green in my place. now i can start planning (dreaming too).. mmm... cant wait for 2011.

Same question Im having now. I've been struggling on landed and condo (service apartment) for some time.
But for my reason of choosing the zest is as below:

1) Working place at TPM. 5 km away.

2) Condo would be a good choice for 2 - 3 person stay. My parents will still be at Seremban. No need a bigger house yet.

3) The Zest is the one I can afford now. If is landed, I would need my father's help (for Double Storey).

There's my reasons.

where u work?haha..landed prop if wan to get in puchong area i think need 300k above lo..haha..tat i cant afford..this TZ i think nice with the concept..haha...modern style.

mate, if you think Zest is worth buying EVEN WITHOUT LRT, ramp, and Korean enbloc buyers, then by all means u should buy.

Else, wait for 3 years and decide whether you should pay a slight premium for Zest

1. Blok C is approx 85% sold.

2. Blok B already approx 25% sold.

3. Structure for their 3 storey showroom at the site already up. Expected time frame for completion is July/Aug.

4. Was told that ramp construction will start late 09 or early 2010........  *fingers crossed*

5. Apparently there's work going on to do a U-turn somewhere in between TPM and Zest. Can anyone confirm?

6. Shoplots were approx 80% sold.

7. Other condo update -
a. Setiawalk is approx 50% booked (altho some decided to pull out after seeing the showroom.
b. Zen is approx 70-80% booked (they have a easy ownership scheme)
c. Atmosfera is only approx 20% sold despite you only need 3k to buy one.  (must say Im quite surprised)

no matter BLR drop onot bank will still need to release money to developer whenever they received proper billing from developer

eh, imho for block A, the klcc view might be obscured by block C to a certain extent rite? hmmm...can't really visualise now. but block A's north view should be able to have a nice view of menara tm la...lol

actually for block C's east view, the higher floors should be able to have a bird's eye view of the bkt jalil golf course n possibly the mines golf course as well 

I have measured from wikimapia.. standing at Block A balcony, KLCC is some where north between 30 - 45 degree .. block C is blocking view that are 45 degrees onwards... 

my occupation is about map study la.. looking at maps everyday until @_@ ...
