then who you think those ppl are who bought west view leh??
*
I dunno la. That's my view because now my house is facing west. I feel headache staying in the living room during
the weekend. sad.gif So now, I just avoid any west facing house. Maybe those buying west one have no choice since u
all already bought east facing once right?

i'm sure out of the 200+ current buyers, many would have done their research and came across this too before locking a unit in zest. to me, the most important thing is build quality and ability of the developer to deliver. for management, we can always form our body / committee once VP is obtained. non-issue to me here.

an update for EPF withdrawal...

if two person wants to withdraw from account2 of EPF and have no blood relations..
both the names have to be on SPA and also the loan agreement...
they mention that they plan to loosen up also but not in the near future..
so in the meantime if not married yet and wants to take out money.. just make sure both names available in loan and SPA..

Can i know how long we can form our own committee?
last times I stay at Desa Petaling Condo 5 year, moving from Condo A to B to C....condo with the own committe.
but still a lot house break in happen, and it personally happen to me on Condo A,B,C.....
I cant count how much i lost within the 5 year.

After review the Heron, still a lot ppl complaint house break in. Quality so so only....maintainance increase to 0.18...
I know every where and places oso can happen house break in.

I really like The Zest.....hope it will not hav the same problem like Heron.

The problem with the Zen that it is too deep inside Puchong.

Furthermore, the price is really expensive and not many people could afford it.

S&P is paid by developer
MOT is bear by owner
Loan agreement is optional (ZEC or NZEC)
