may i know roughly how many units of block C remain unsold as of last weekend? did she take the pool view or kl view?

i bought a unit facing west (pool view)... initially i get a unit facing east (KL view).. but change to west later on due to some reason..
both site also having their good selling point ...

I heard soil analysis for LRT in progress.. pray hard that soil structure wont effect the progress..

EUROPEAN Central Bank president Jean-Claude Trichet said he will not rule out "one" further rate cut.
"One further interest rate is not excluded," Mr Trichet told Kyodo News, suggesting the council was not considering a number of cuts.

In interviews with various Japanese media over the weekend, Mr Trichet reiterated that the key policy rate could fall a further 25 basis points.

apart frm my RM3k booking fee, i swiped the rest of my d/p using cc with the 0% installment. save the money into asw2020 better (if u r not looking into utlising it). assuming 20k @ 5%, u'd get RM1k edi! just hafta be disciplined to save enough money every mth to repay it coz mthly repayments would come up to abt RM1.6 - RM1.7k

The fastest way (i can think of) will be getting into kesas highway and get into Maju expressway to KLCC...

In order to get into kesas highway, you will hav to use sg.besi - puchong way to bukit jalil, go thru bukit jalil and get into kesas..

Cant think of another faster route.. anyone mind to share??

KL is north-east while puchong is south west of klang valley (taking PJ as center point).. unless you dun mind driving some 30km to KLCC area.. 

anyone saw the full page colour advert in the star today? main section, think its pg 20 if i'm not mistaken. am foreseeing that the sales office is gonna be even more packed this weekend 

Did the sales office call you to collect the SNP copy? I have not received my own copy yet. Signed all the legal documents but did not have a copy myself does not feel very secure.

Any updates on the sales of Zest now? How many units left?

Also anyone ask them (sales agent) whether we can put grills around houses or we can't? Some developer required all the owners to use a standardize grill provided by them.

the pic is confirmed tower A. u can c the top floors are all blocked out for the en-bloc sales.

Can you tell me more about the "additional pre-payment (in blocks of 1k)"?
DO you mean if I got 10k to dump in, I will need to dump in 11k for that pre-payment?

This is what I heard from the saleslady lar. Please call to get more info:

Garbage recycler.
- This is confirmed. All units will get. The salesoffice got show the banner. When you finish your food or fruit, you throw in the garbage recycler. It will chop the food into tiny bits and you just wash away (No need throw as rubbish).

Dryer.
- This is not confirmed. Usually people who live in condo will dry their clothes at the balcony or window. Very ugly lor. So, MPSJ require all new condos to have dryers. (See Atmosfera condo). Zest is applying to get exempt. If success, then Zest save lor, no need give. If fail, then all Zest owners will get free dryers.
