What is the hotline for MBB? I would like to call them to change my mailing address, is it possible?

I've tried to change it through maybank2u, but I can't find the way to do it

Never and no such thing these days given the competitve market for cc. If ever anyone ask you to pay, it is a scam - walk away ! Sometimes you will see this on the bank's fees information for their cc product, look for promos where they waive the fees. I have never paid for such fees in my lifetime and nor should you !

Today I received a call from some company that asked me about the credit card thing. I'm not sure what are they're trying to promote as the receiption was pretty poor. They used a mobile number to call me - 016 2078639. Most likely a scam!

Highly likely it is one of those scams ... I always get these calls from 016 numbers as well. (Sometimes they call from a landline number as well) So bad till I won't pick up any 016 numbers unless I can recognize the number or it is already stored in my phonebook.

I don't where they get my details. They even know my full name!

like on sunday, got 1 malay called me. he said he is from Hospital Puswri (the 1 hospital which exam the Anuar BBM case) is offering me attractive medical check up.

i know, nothing is good, so im terus BLUFF him, saying im already been to SJMC to do that day only... somemore FREE... after he listen it, he confuse... and i try to ask how he get my number.

he said might be my friend who thinks it's good thing, n give my hp number to them.

I 100% agree with you. A lot of 016 number are scam these days. I received a lot of 016 number that try to steal my CC number including the one that claim they are from KL tower.

u can update through maybank2u, somewhere on profile maintainance, change contact address. But there are a restriction of maximum of 50 character include space. Sweat .. I tried to change my new address which is more than 50 character, but cannot. Then i complaint them by email and they replied me by asking me to reply the mail by attached a duly signed letter in order to update it.

Then, i tulan and straight away go change it at their branch office.

You should have checked the 1st page for info on overseas transactions. Again no such thing as processing fee. Aiyah ! Just be my gf and I'll tell you everything you need to know about cc

But 5xTP for petronas got extended "until further notice".
