Have you checked with MBB CS? Any explaination from them? How about your printed statement?

i have to decide to retain either HLB Visa or master card. which one is better to keep? visa or master card has more coverage?

i think in malaysia Visa is the most prefered card..

but MAstercard always seems to have contest.

Both also the same coverage in Malaysia and globally. (In 99.9% cases at least) In some shops, merchants will ask for 3% "fees" for either Visa or Mastercard. AMEX and Diners will be charged more. Both also got different previledge and occasionally run contests. It is a matter of individual preference actually.

today, my colleague called to HSBC CS to ask for annual fees waiver.

guess what, the 1st sentence she shot to the CS is: "im waited 6 minutes 28second only got people answered my call".

beside she asking for the annual fees waiver, she also want to ask for the waiver of finance charges for late payment. She said, im going to pay all the outstanding clear today and you better waive my finance charges, else i will cancel your card.

dun know whether she managed to ask for waiver o tht o not.

She also complaining that, her HSBC Amanah CC also rejected 1st time, only second attempt she got it.

that day, sunday, i went to One Utama HSBC and applied the Amanah CC.
if smooth, expected can get my card within 3 weeks time.

wired thing is, the Customer service requested my highest credit limits CC and if got existing HSBC CC will get better chances to get approved.

but i can sense that, im going to get rejected, since i have "quite" a number of CC.

I downloaded the form myself, and mail the form to the branch.... i only tick one card which is the batman character card, then they sent me two cards......

i just posted a new form, applying the other 3 characters card, i.e. taz, tweety etc....

I also apply for HSBC Amanah Platinum card. Not sure accepted or not. I am holding too many card right now. It almost 3 weeks now. I am going to call them next Friday to check the status.

1U got HSBC? I need to go to their branch to get the token for online banking. No need 3 weeks, i got mine in 2 weeks with 17k CL (visa + master)

Ohhh ... for me I called the number advertised in the paper. (I think Price Solution pick up the phone) And then they sent me the form along with an additional sheet of paper which mentioned which card got annual fee waiver offers (Ranging from basic, Character and all the way to VISA Infinite) and how to get 3 years waiver. (Either you do a balance transfer or take up a supplementary card)

That's why I say no such thing. You need not get 2 cards just to get the annual fee waived. (At least from Price Solution) You can play hard ball and cancel both cards if they still persist on the 2 cards rule and reapply a few weeks later. At least you get to keep the cards if you want to.

ya. perhaps u can request ur token to be obtained from 1U HSBC Amanah, as they open 7 days... including public holiday.

if your card exceed limit , the merchant of the fitness centre will fail to auto debit the charges , will not effect your credit rating in bank.

I insert my card and asking me to ENTER PIN, but i don have any pin
so i just press ENTER... 2choice for me, 1st choice 'CASH DEPOSIT' 2nd choice 'BALANCE INQUIRY' No matter i choose which, the machine just does not accept and den 'PLEASE TAKE YOUR CARD'...
