As for Electronics goodie, any Sony Centre, HSF and SenQ will do. Just go to their branch and ask for the list of item.Credit Card Thread V5, (added FMB website to 1st post)

Is there any chance for me to check online for MBB cards application? Last week, they send me acceptance form of Ikhwan Card. They do not require any document to be submitted. Is it any difference between application and acceptance form?

QUOTE(hye @ Dec 15 2008, 07:23 AM) Added on December 15, 2008, 7:47 am The quick answer is no. There is no online facility to check for MBB cards application. For all that matters, none of the banks in Malaysia have this facility ! The closest that you can get is via the phone and some banks offer automated call response system when you check you cc application status. |

Regarding my Ikhwan card, I have call their customer service but the operator told me its not in the system. Any idea how to know whether my post has received by Maybank or not? She told me to call back in 3 weeks time. I just wanna check whether they received or not but she keeps telling that she can't check that things.

I have fill in acceptance form which MBB give me for Ikhwan Card like my last post. A week ago, MBB have update my maybank2u with 2 approved Ikhwan Card I guess. I'm waiting my card to receive at my mailbox, but currently I didnt received any. I have call MBB customer service but they told me from their system, the card non exist, also they told me that I didnt have any Mbb card applied. So, any other number or solution for me to ask for my doubt? |

QUOTE(David83 @ Dec 31 2008, 10:09 AM) Any MBB cardholder with supplimentary cards? As my reply before, general MBB CS line are not be able to help me. He just can forward my inquiries to upper level. Both card centre number look like for fax machine? Because the ringtones sound is like fax number.I want to ask how the TP is managed. Seperately or combined with the principal card? Thank you. As for Putraskyline, the general MBB CS line should able to assist you. Maybe you could call card centre number, 03-7953 8610 (Platinum/Premier) or 03-7953 8600 (General/Gold & Classic).
