KL Mara is up for reg cant believe my eyes when i saw the site..though still not sure if im gonna run 21k or 42k...its about 1 month to be exact from Sundown Mara

i might be going a part of training for SCKLM. not confirm yet.

Base training for Sundown and SCKLM will commence this Sat. For those interested to join, be at Bukit Aman carpark, Lake Gdns at 5.55am. Run will start at 6am sharp. First couple of runs will be 20k and the distance will be increase gradually overtime.

I have just called the KL Marathon hotline number to enquire on certain issues. Apparently, some only received 1 email after registration ( You should receive 2: Confirmation Race ID Slip and Credit Card Transaction). According to them, there was a glitch on their system. But as long we received the e-mail regarding our credit card process, we are registered. And we do not need to resend them back the authorisation letter as indicated on that e-mail. They will proceed to remove that message. You can obtain your confirmation race ID slip by going to the registration site and input your IC/Passport number. Please share this with your friends. OMG... just try to get my confirmation race ID by go to registration side and input my IC and the messsage saying i have im-complete transaction!

but i had received email confirmation for payment of credit card!!!

weekend when free will give them a call!!!

do come and join us, there be loads of ppl edi there
we start at 6am (sometimes sharp sometimes not )

Don't forget that we have to fax an authorization slip/ form to them as well after having made the payment

I am however worried abt the PBM as there still no charges to me credit card

is the confirmation race ID the reference number found in the Run Category section of the registration confirmation email?

i paid by Maybank, do i still need to fax anything?

hey guys about the penang bridge run...if worse case scenario if there are no counters open in KL for registration, or if the online registration does'nt go thru i can help to register directly over the counter when it opens here in penang...

vin ann, dont worry. the system is not updated yet for you to chk the race id bib. i got the same system msg as you. i called the KL Marathon office and they assure that once you rcv email confirmation on Credit Card payment then your registration is done. No need to send back authorization letter. Yday phoenix had oredi posted his findings on this. from now on, they will be email updates on the progress of the event. just watch out for the email from them.

so no need Kancheong. I know all of you are very stress bcos of this. its in good hands.

Registration can be done at various BHP Station (refer to entry form) on 28-29 Mar and 4-5 April 09.
