definitely... actually not sure if he really accomplished much....
i have a friend who was like that once.. only he didnt call it a bulking session...

it was an eating + accident + lethargy + hospitalization + never resume active lifestyle....

haihz...starting to bulk first time but i'll spend most time in hostel so no time to prepare food and there are only lots of malay nasi campur with lots of reddish kuah...so if taking the chicken breast from there have to be careful of those kuah which is full with oil???

and can i substitute carbo with gardenia wholemeal bread? can i drink powdered milk to substitute full cream milk?? i'm trying my best to eat every 4 or 5 hours and add some eggs in between my meals...now my problem is where to get lean protein...

Is ok to take those nasi campur, make sure u take lots of meat and vege, personally i cut down on carbs so... i usually ask for kurang nasi.

Those kuah... erm i dunno wats the main ingredient but keep it low should be ok.

Replacing ur carbo with gardenia wholemeal bread ? the carbo....u r refering to?? May be u wan to look into the Carbs GI level for that sense, but bare in mind that, excessive carbs can make u fat.

There is no such thing as LEAN protein doh.gif protein is protein, just take more meat and eggs, 1g per pound of the body weight.

The kuah is fat, carbs & water with minimal protein.
Take some for flavour. Don't go crazy on it.

Got few more pics but he haven't pass me yet.

By the way, this is my progress after 3 months plus of gym. Started around end of feb... and had 1 month total rest.
I know it aint much but at least i think i manage to shed some fats off.
i do not have a previous pic... maybe i will upload an old pic of me...
cant really see though...

Pls give any comment...
by the way, yes i know i am fat... but i am doing some muscle mass 1st, coz b4 this wat i have is all fats...
so time to get the muscle and in half a year time i am ready to go for cutting.
