but to tone and shape it, some isolation are needed.. |

@jamis - sorry no pic before start working out. but.. im only average joe like evebody else before start working out.. im not taking any supplement.. only depend on HL milk, eggs and chicken for protein.. that why i think my progress kinda slow.. huhuh.. i think... I would suggest you bulk further. One requires substantial amount of muscle mass before cut. Bulking for 1 month isn't sufficient. Mind I suggest 3-4 months with loads of heavy compound exercises ~!! |
