take more meals instead more carbs per meal.
maybe take 4-5 meals per day?
hmmm... also, 1 liter of milk per day?
do lots of compound exercises too.
it will help u to grow.
exercises like squat, bench press and deadlifts.
u definitely do not need to cut yet.
u may need to bulk for 4-6 months depends how fast ur body bulks up.
haha... i think u weigh less than 75kg?

haha... yup.. i do divide my meal to 5 times per day… one question here.. if i just focusing on compound exercise.. how about others? That focuses on specific muscle? I know that compound will work 2/3 or ever more muscle at one time.. .

my weight = 67kg

**After browsing about compound exercise.. actually.. i edi doing those in my routine... doh.gif

hard to judge while u holding camera, but chest, traps, lats need work.
shoulder and arms needs a lil more mass

try getting to 70-75kg if possible.
compound exercises would help to gain the muscular masses.

haha.. i think.. i have to bulk futher and lift hard.. i need more mass.. blush.gif next week i've to go to singapore.. outstation.. 1 week on and 1 week off...until the end of august.. suck huh.. cry.gif huhuh... is it ok to workout 1 weeks and rest the other week? sad.gif

*swim is the only activity for me in singapore.. but scare to lose muscle again.. sad.gif

Actually... previously, before im cutting.. my weight was 70 +-2kg... but im decided to cutting it down before doing weight lifting consistently... seems like I made a mistake to cut.. but my abs was too flabby at that time..

**Forgot to mention ealier.. im looking for model type of body.. brows.gif firm.. and tone.. flex.gif (Perhaps like noel wub.gif not gay arrr... whistling.gif )

nice progress bro for less than 2 months of efforts...need more mass bro...the chest, shoulder and the rest will follow after that...

about your outstations period, it's ok to skip the gym for a week...getting your desired body is all about nutririons IMO...and as for the swimming, don't think you'll lose muscle unless you're doing it 2 or 3 times a day, with at least 1 hour hardcore swimming...that's hazardous to your muscle... biggrin.gif

hahaha.. i know maybe it weird or wrong way to do..but i did that to cut fat aorund my abs.. at that time.. my abs kinda flabby and after cutting phase.. im satisfied with the result and now ive to start all over again.. i get something but have to sacrifice something else.. which is my muscle.. doh.gif somehow.. im quite happy with the progress... and now.. im in bulking phase to gain some mass... hope to get it fast.. rolleyes.gif
