ok..here's how my routine..
Monday: biceps and triceps.3-4 sets.also i apply 3 types of biceps exercise and 3 types of triceps exercise. dun't know if this is sufficient or not.
1st and 2nd set is 8 reps with heavy weights. the last2 sets will lower the weights say 20% and do from 12-15 reps.
sometimes if monday i come to the gym late, i use supersets. i use a weight which is quite challenging for me to complete 4 sets with 12-15 reps.
Wednesday: chest & back.
1st and 2nd set is 8 reps with heavy weights. the last2 sets will lower the weights say 20% and do from 12-15 reps.
Saturday: shoulders & legs.
the thing is i dun really use heavy weights for my shoulders..juz enough weights to make me go red all over the face.to me i still want perfect form when i do exercise...maybe that's why i can't lift heavy as darkie..

oh, btw i trained quite sumtime already..but then again..started out seriously maybe almost a year now..at first i never believe in taking those supplements and diet thing..now i understand that it's vital..so hopefully at least i can get that body i'm dreaming off..
