Guys, juz wanna ask ur opinion..this maybe out of topic but how do you guys see in superset?arnold did those supersets and he reckons it's good for muscle growth.

another thing, when it comes to superset, do u increase the weights or u maintained the same weight with the same sot of reps?

Guys, need ur opinion..by looking at my pic here..this is wat i get after 4 mths of training..well..i screw a lil bit of diet..coz sumtime cannot tahan d teh tarik and all..but i try to keep my carbs low..juz went for checking..and my bodyfat was 9.6%...water in the body was like 44.sumthing %...so..is there anyway u guys can recommend me to make me trim down my fat...i've been taking ON whey..hydroxycut hardcore..and gaspari super pump 250..hope to hear all sifus pendapat...sorry la if d pic is not that too sharp.. tongue.gif

well,rite now, i'm using these schedule provide by muscle and fitness mag...e.g..i'll combine both chest and back exercise..with 4 sets...2 early sets i'll do with heavy weights...and for the next 2,i'll take weight say 20% lighter than the heavy weights which i use in my earlier sets...if i'm in a hurry..i'll always go for supersets..which sumtimes i feel like i'm gonna puke at anytime.. sweat.gif ..

as for the pic..i'll try to get a better wan...for u guys to evaluate..it's good to ear a hustler like darlight giving me his tots...would welcome any comments or tips from u hustlers!! drool.gif

darkie, when u play weights wat sorts of exercise do u recommend me to make my lower chest more define?or do u really think that i need to focus more on my diet?from wat i read..diet is like 70% more important than working out..is this true? hmm.gif

Monday: biceps and triceps.3-4 sets.also i apply 3 types of biceps exercise and 3 types of triceps exercise. dun't know if this is sufficient or not.
1st and 2nd set is 8 reps with heavy weights. the last2 sets will lower the weights say 20% and do from 12-15 reps.

sometimes if monday i come to the gym late, i use supersets. i use a weight which is quite challenging for me to complete 4 sets with 12-15 reps.

Wednesday: chest & back.

ooo..ok..so i guess we should be happy with wat we have and make d best of it.nice...but then again,is it normal for normal ppl like us working 9-5 veryday to have say a 9% bodyfat?or is this rate normal for the average guy going to the gym?or is it should be less?
