ooo..ic..but then again, it's more like a total body workout rite?
from my understanding, if u do this say 4 times a week, u'r gonna reach a stagnant level...i mean ur progress is juz gonna be like that only la..
what do u think?is it appropriate for us to us this workout or apply the 1 day 1 bodypart?

No matter what you do, you'll eventually reach a plateau where you'll experience miniscule gains or none at all. Which is why it's important to switch things up after using a certain routine for some time.

Lazy to take off the belt, so they just continue to wear it after squat or whatever exercise lah.

Ever seen some one preacher curl with a belt? Some more not really heavy also.

I wonder if having the belt to keep the waist/core/abs/back tight serve any function while doing the curls. Darklight, does it make sense?

now that's show off  tongue.gif ...

wearing belts is not about wether you're noob or not...it's all about what routine you're doing IMO...it's called weight belts for purpose...having said that, fooling around with it can cause severe injuries...so we should not mess with it...just my 2 cents tho

Bob Chick states that it keeps your gut in and your stomach tight. And yes it does. Remember, it depends on your goals. Powerlifting or bodybuilding. There's no clear cut answer.

You.... will get cut. But you definitely won't get big. No progressive resistance. Bigger weights = bigger muscles.

Humm i did a search on bob chick and the belt, indeed he owas claim that lifting belt can keep the guts in. Plus, he is saying cutting abs exercises to minimum to shape fine waist and abs which i have read some of the chad waterbury's article regarding abs as well saying that cutting abs exercise to minimum like doing plank and some other exercise just to maintain the core muscle, since too much hypertrophy on abs going to make ur belly looks bloated.

Now i m thinking if i wan to get a lifting belt Hummmm...

The Force is strong in you Padawan. Heh. Correct. See, I've always wondered why pro bodybuilders always kept the belt on. But everything they do, they do it for a reason. They have decades of experience under their belt (no pun intended). So I did some research too like you.

Current weight at 67kgs (increased 2kgs)

Increased carb intake on workout days and added creatine as supplement. No longer taking vasocharge as caffeine content in it is keeping me awake at nite.

Tweaked my workout a little replacing some exercises with new ones. Somehow felt like workout intensity has dropped. Might be due to longer resting time coz need to wait for workout partners.

Gained a bit of size. Bf% still dropping but in a much slower rate. Might wanna incorporate an extra day for cardio as I'm not doing any for the pass 1 year.

Cheers ~!
