Well generally I prefer turtle eggs raw. Duck eggs, salted or century eggs. Usually I don't like eating quail eggs cuz they're too small but if it's peeled, then boiled.

Dude....you know why people eat half boiled eggs? Cuz it's easy to swallow big quantities. SO just ...EAT. Do not overcomplicate things.

Actually......we do not envy it. And I'm sure bodybuilders can't be bothered with our strength

This is Ivan Stoitsov of Bulgaria. I sure don't think he's bothered to look like a bodybuilder.

Nah...we can't be bothered.

Anyway, that was my top sets. I did two sets of singles at that to accustom my body to that weight. Then I dropped to 140KG x 4 x 2. That's my work sets.

I was once a chubby guy, then I start dieting. Now, I get too thin i guess, and right now I'm into bodybuilding and bulking up. Here's my first pic ever.

before is 72kg now is around 62kg. Last week I check I'm at 17.6% bodyfat.
