put it to their customer care , like i've said. Its no use sending them e-mail. you'll get a reply a week later or so. better send it to mr darshan and let him forward to mcmc. Let mcmc bash up maxis and later maxis will give you a call. its way faster !

erm..anyway, hope u guys will break free from maxhit ASAP...
and from this experience we can say, even though we always say streamyx sucks last time, but they are 10000 times better then maxis, in any way of service..
stability, speed, latency, customer service and technician

Called maxis customer service, keep telling me stuff that need to do troubleshoot and all.

sent an email to nccc and cfm.

I've sent the termination letter to mr darshan. hope he'll be reading it on monday due to tomorrow is not a working day & I've to attend xtra classes. sad.gif and submit my assignments.

BTW thank you to all whom had spend most of their time in this forum for guiding me getting my rights. smile.gif

Don't even bother to email to the maxshit customer care, it'll take a thousand years to process your termination unless for those love letter writers who wrote them love letter frequently. Because they need to go thru few tiers to reach your complaints from the helpline department. It's pointless if you are in urgent (I think most of us can't hardly wait to terminate). Even if they let you terminate, they will silence everything include your complains and records to cover up their bad services. This is not helpful to the battle between consumers and maxshit. Like I said, "Save the Maxis Broadband User, Save the World".

If you really want to terminate the service effectively and get a revenge from the big snake and teach him a lesson, you should write to those consumer rights fighters like Mr Darshan (NCCC)to ensure they bit the shit out of the Big Snake. You will never know that maxshit gave you empty promises and penalized you in the next billing statement. So write to all the above organization to ensure your wallet safety. smile.gif

Besides that, there are some ppl out there still using this service because of no other choice. By writing emails to all this consumer rights fighters, will prevent the maxshit from continue perform their con tricks to them. Therefore, please file more complaints to NCCC to hunt down the Big Snake.

FYI: NCCC and CFM acted lot more faster than maxshit.
* NCCC called me 15 mins after I emailed them. And they forwarded my complains to MCMC
* CFM called me 2 days after I emailed them. And they forwarded my complains to maxshit.
* Maxshit still pending... rclxms.gif Wonderful service, slower than Non-Profit Organizations....

back from vacation...back to old maxis broadband...well...the speed is still satisfying now (although it's shitty compared to my streamyx)...but i hope the problems i faced earlier this month will be gone forever....



I was wrong..the connection still sucks big time...frequent disconnection..unstable....whatever....i dont think the complaints u guys are working on now would help...the only way out is to unsubscribe maxshit...i'm fed up with it doh.gif

technicians are equally stupid as maxis's afaik. but latency wise, it should be expected that wired > wireless even if maxis provided quality service.

ya, i got the termination form from them(copy version), the 'remark' noted that my account terminated without any penalty fee..
