Last night, I got failed transaction request for Weekly Broadband. Guess what? I've been charged RM25! RM25 may be a small amount of money for others but it's quite high for a student like me.
I already contacted the customer service and they say if tonight still have problem, they are going to refund. Hmmm....
I will give them 1 week. if not refund yet, i will change my newly bought youth club sim n my more than 4 years prepaid main line to other service provider.
