Well lets face it
Maxis Blocks all Ports - Their Terms of service doesn't even state this (This is soo cool)
Maxis fails to inform their customer on their bandwidth limitation information. This is against a very good job by maxis. They could have at least put in their freaking home page which doesn't even get updated
Thirdly , Maxis is there to con you. No joke , if you think Streamyx is bad think again as maxis is worst then streamyx in all aspects
Lastly , its only meant for some big shot loyal maxis supporter businessman to check his emails
a maxis bb user. If you want I can post a graph or so from my router to get an average reading

Maxis site doesn't even get updated. They update once they feel like updating it. There is no announcements or what-so-ever. Last time at least JARING keeps its users up to date if they are going to do any upgrades , or if the International link is down whereas maxis is trying to be a smartass and showing that 'Ey , Look lets screw our customers up by tricking its a simple plug and play broadband and lets do it'. Best part , they have no reaction and their technical department doesn't even know whats PPTP (VPN). Beat that guys. Its a broadband service being run by retards. Now great I am stucked with them for god knows how long.
Secondly , Maxis is known for its well known false advertising. From day one (the time when I started to use Maxis mobile) , there is always hidden charges and best part they dont admit it. Whoopie. Its like kuku saying , One way contract with the Devil. You dont look back , they'll make you a pauper. Thats Maxis

OMG Maxis the conguys has just fixed it (woohooo 20gb cap reset)  (before this it was like 56k modem)  Speed Recovery , wow....Now lets see if they cap us back to 56K Wow , maxis really cons people. They have big brains. Their main aim is to get as much of subscribers as possible and then con them. Its a one-way contract with the devil. Well , I would like to add this up being a maxis user myself. So count me in as well !
All Ports are being blocked by Maxis (I'll e-mail them up and inquiry on them on this. If they say yes. It will be another point for me to screw them up personally. But I am willing to contribute to you guys as it would certainly help out the other maxis users)

I think there is a way , you see firstly Maxis failed to inform their customers on their new policy change. Its a must if they want to change something or so , just like jaring last time. They changed their package and they informed their customers earlier regarding it and they at least included that by changing your package , you'll be tied with another 1 year contract. At least they said it , but in Maxis they fail to do so. I think we have all the rights to report to MCMC on it.

the joke is that they dont even update their site
oh btw , how did you get your port issue to be resolved. I've just fired one e-mail for them to unblock my vpn services and world of warcraft port cause at the moment i can't even play wow. Its a joke i think and downloading has gone from worst to bad. Each time a PC fair comes , maxis will come up with new measures to ensure you get your speed - Wohooo thats right , by all means - that includes blocking all the port , blocking youtube and things like that

expect to see sites like rapidshare to be blocked as well. Whats next , block all and give us web surfing. they should define it as maxis narrowband - we'll block all the services for you. Duh , they should have just kept to their 786kbps and 384kbps package cause it was pretty good back then (well better i should say)

okay guys , good news. I've digged up my pm box and found this e-mail address , it was given to me by someone. This guy is the head of maxis wireless department service. You may want to send him an e-mail and who knows , if we all coperate , they might just have to give in

just replace at with @ and remove the brackets to send an e-mail. I've sent one e-mail to that guy. so we all team up , who knows

I've just filled up the feedback. Guys just fill it up and express your dissatisfaction and send an e-mail as well to them to let them know that by blocking all ports that you are rendering maxis wireless as a ummm somekind of company firewall whereby all services are blocked. Anyhow , just express out and lets see if they take any action or not.

OMG YAMCT (Yet another maxis cyber troopers) trying to cover up their mistakes and saying
'OMG , I've messaged the customer care and they contacted me'
Till to date , they still haven't answered all my emails regarding VPN , Port forwarding , Streaming media protocol. i hate you maxis cyber troopers , no offence and i am not acting childish.

Guys do me a favour as well , email to the customer care and to the their head and asking them to unblock all streaming protocols and at least gaming ports. At least if the ports are opened we can do lots of stuff , i mean we are free a bit more. Insist on them to provide better services. if we all do and team up , who knows

do it , see if it gets published. it would even bring more users (who are frustrated) to join and we should also let maxis know about it. Its because once the 18 month period is nearing , bam i bet 90% of us would return the maxis broadband back to them

I can't wait for the 18 months automatic renewal contract to end. Before its going to end , I am going to throw the modem back to their face and say this is it , i am going to say goodbye to maxis. They can keep their ZTE modem

put it to their customer care , like i've said. Its no use sending them e-mail. you'll get a reply a week later or so. better send it to mr darshan and let him forward to mcmc. Let mcmc bash up maxis and later maxis will give you a call. its way faster !
