argh!!!!!!!
I'm unable to download anything and stream youtube since last week!!!!anyone of u out there facing the same problem????
Whenever i tried to download,it hangs after few minutes!the same goes for youtube..i can only watch a minute or 2 of the video before it hangs...WTH!!!
and i tried to reach the hotline since this morning..no 1 is answering...all operators busy?!?!?!?!?

Added on April 7, 2008, 5:16 pmoh ya...I was forced to use maxis anyway as streamyx isnt available here...

and they made a mess on the bill a few months ago...they thought i wanted to terminate..and they charged me a penalty of about rm500...isnt this day light robbery???

It's a frustration that i cant watch video clips on youtube...thanks to maxis bb

I called for about 20 times yesterday...finally i lady picked up my call...and she asked me to call again after 2 hours as the system was down.....

WTF....do i need to call another 20 times after 2 hours to reach them?I tried for about 5 times then i gave up...."bravo" maxis...."bravo".......................

Yes,i cant load youtube either...it hangs after a few seconds..MSN is disconnecting frequently too...downloading like a dial up???no no no..i cant even download anything...the download would hang after a minute or 2...it's so bad that i cant even retrieve an email attachment. mad.gif

And i made my final 'kind' call to maxis few minutes ago..thank god there is someone answering...the operator said that they r resolving the problem and normal service will resume by tomoro ( 11th april) morning...which i doubt.

I wil post an update here tomoro... blink.gif

all right...as expected...maxis eat thier own words...the downloading is still bad..so is youtube streaming...I'm just speechless at the moment.

guys,my connection is back to normal since this morning...wat a miracle...i can stream youtube and download files from rapidshare now without disconnecting. anyway, i hope this would persist...who knows it wil turn bad again soon.

ya..i think those staying in bukit jalil area are getting back normal internet connection speed...at least i was satisfied with it by the time i left this afternoon.
anyway, i'm enjoying my streamyx now.lol.

back from vacation...back to old maxis broadband...well...the speed is still satisfying now (although it's shitty compared to my streamyx)...but i hope the problems i faced earlier this month will be gone forever....



I was wrong..the connection still sucks big time...frequent disconnection..unstable....whatever....i dont think the complaints u guys are working on now would help...the only way out is to unsubscribe maxshit...i'm fed up with it doh.gif
