Anyone successfully terminating their line without having to pay the penalty?

I am currently not using my Maxis already because of the speed and hassle it gave me. But I have not made any complain before. T_T Will it be hard for me to terminate it? |

I got a reply from MCMC but not NCCC. XD
He said that he forwarded to Maxis already, and he won't be here during next week, and if there's no reply or whatsoever, I must email MCMC again. Fuh! I can't wait to terminateee ahhh. >< |

Hehehe, today I called Maxis to complain.
Complain non stop that the fellow on the other line could not respond. He tried so hard to convince me ahoho. And even asked me to off my modem for 40 minutes so he can perform the reset. Zzz. Perhaps Mr Darshan's mail is full? |

I called Maxis again, he said he will call be back cause he wanting to check the "hardware" problem. =_=
I hope he don't make me go through the ZTE Modem website thingy again. I will surely said, I did all of these useless ways yesterday. =_= |

Yesterday I called to complain,
The care consultant asked me to remove the sim card and he will reset my connection, (OMG AGAIN?) Then he said he will call me back in 30 minutes, I receive no calls. Grr. Can I terminate without paying the RM200? |
