tell u what..
for maxis BB, of i mean maxshit bb, there will never be a 'should be no problem', cos in their promotion, everything they will can 'sure can one', after u subscribe their service, they will say 'sir, i think ur MSN cannot connect cos of the version conflict, try re-install it, it should be fine"
my fren told me this, and i was like %#!@%$#@%#%@!!!!!
his GF and housemate even worst, 'try re-install windows and see if the problem still exist'
and what i mentioned earlier in this thread 'FTP is also part of P2P conenction'
u can just see how knowledgeable the customer service is...
and the technician also act like fool..
with company like this, there is no way that they can provide good service, are they even providing service to us? they are more like torturing ur now
i am just lucky that i still have streamyx which used to be my backup(obviously become main internet connection again)

The worst thing is to live among densely populated skyscraper areas.

Just like Tokyo, unless you have lots of micro base stations installed for indoor coverage, 3G signals are weak and useless because of the many obstacles.

There is such things as cable internet radio in Tokyo and they use fiber just for that offering 500 stations with some coming from alien land. laugh.gif

Forget about reporting this and that. It is useless when the reporting system is under their control. They really dare you after bloodsuckingly lick your money. You, unlucky Maxis users should act together and send petitions to MCMC and Maxis in front of their building. Get good lawyers to counter attack.

Me? I have never used any kind of Maxis services in my whole life. I really f*** its T&C.

This is the letter I received from the debt collector company.

The IC number is totally wrong, by the way.
I am still very...confused lol
I asked the Madxis centre about this but I didnt really get the clear information on why they tied me with a debt collector.
Anyone in this forum having the same problem as well?

Wow free Chettiar service , thats great. You have debt collectors to collect you. Whoooo. This service is world-class service. Its like , take this !@#$%$% service but wait, if you dont pay , we will send our world-class Chettiar to collect our debts. whatever you do , we win and you lose. Thats maxis. They will always win at all costs. Thats how they work and that is their policy

I can't wait for the 18 months automatic renewal contract to end. Before its going to end , I am going to throw the modem back to their face and say this is it , i am going to say goodbye to maxis. They can keep their ZTE modem

I really wanted to complain this maxis broadband too.

As i know, if i transfer ownership it will continue from my contract for remaining months.

But today, i called up maxis .. they say it will auto re-new to 18 months!! WTH !! vmad.gif

3 months back, we did call up maxis few times, and even walk-in for transfer ownership and was told that can continue contract !!


How do i settle this ?? Anyone experience same thing ?

Walk right in to maxis centre and confidently tell them u wanna disconnect without the penalty...........i did that! (Read my post two days back). Whatever outstanding charges, settle with them. Make sure we kept all the payment receipts. And whenever the 'love letters' come, there is nothing to worry about.

Collecting payment is one of the hardest job in any business. I think maxis contract this out to a private company. More efficient this way....perhaps somebody in maxis in the past has not done his/her job well. hmm.gif Most probably they had much experiences on bad debt.
