I mean the wall is actually a sliding door, 3 feet of wall and then door... so theoretically it's only 3 feet length of wall

1. car porch tiles, around 14x18  Rm7.50psf(tiles not included)

2. remove existing awning, build 10 feet concrete + roof above car porch.. Rm40psf wit roof tiles/rc slab roof Rm58psf

3. build a small store probably around 4x3 under my staircase(bricks and plastering works Rm8psf)

4. change stainless steel gate, i think its 10 feet.Rm3500

I need quotation for hacking, rendering and laying tiles for 500 sqft car porch area (pj old klang). Please recommend me a good contractor if any...

hope someone can give opinion whether this quote is expensive or reasonable

-Extension of car porch 14 X 16 with concrete beam and slab concrete (using BRC)-RM 15K
-fencing 5 X 63 = RM 3.5K
-tiling (including tiles, cement sand etc) at car porch area and towards gate area (35 X 38)= RM11.5 K <----i have asked this before
-hacking existing tiles and cleaning up= RM 300
-install small stone (not sure the correct term) along the tiles area - RM 1K
-remove existing front door, install new frame and plastering- RM 500
-concrete based at the area without it- RM 1500

lol~ different materials different price...but in the end, minimum spend RM40k and above for decent renovations: kitchen, cabinets, grills.

    -- Anti Jump ? But if yes also too expensive for 12' wardrobe. How big is the shelf ?[COLOR=blue]

- To hack bickwall for extention of yard as wet kitchen      RM  800.00
