hi...anyone know the cost per square ft for hack off 2 bathroom tile & re-tile the bath room? my condo at puchong. tile supply by me.

Please quote me for the followings:
900 square feet house

1) 2 small bathroom (To change the toilet and do some tiling)
2) Small kitchen (8x8feet square)
3) Plaster ceiling for the whole house
4) Tiling for parking area: (14 x 23 feet square)
5) autogate
6) whole house painting with two colors

Doing renovation on bathroom specially condo, is a very costly job, which not only related to how much u hack and how much u lay. Is also u have to remove all the bathroom accessories & fitting, and re-install, water proofing for bathroom (which have to be done), and most of the time removing tile will effected water piping, so have to re-touch up on piping. so, there is a lot of cost to include. so, that depent on site but cant counting by sf.

We recently took apart a toilet in a condo unit we were renovating. Extra cost came about when we discovered the original pipings were giving up and the water heater copper piping have gone obsolete.

I need a concrete kitchen contractor with competitive pricing. i will supply the tiles. Total length is 14 ft.

wanna know workmanship for remove old tiles,clear rubbish, place new tiles.
how much per sqft workmanship charges? wats the cheapest price in penang area? all in rm8.50 per sqft reasonable?
p/s: existing tiles is thick 2x2 marble slab.

Is the price included tiles? even not, is already a very good price, don think, and just go for it.

3yrs ago la...i heard there's rm3 for lay tiles workmanship, rm2.50 for hacking work.

curious to ask wat is the average market workmanship charge now?

I was thinking of the Kitchen cabinet concrete type. And also make a walls to separate my kitchen from living room.

Ya, is almost about the same price, is just normally hacking marble usually will be a bit more expensive. and the price usually included cement and sand as well, so if you say RM8.5 not include tiles, is about that already i think.

your car porch already have concrete base?? if yes then price shall be rm6++ (normal no brand contractor) to rm15++(those branded co. like "bomonite" ).

How much is the market rate for labour and materials for fixing tiles psf? I am buying tiles on my own and wanna engage contractor to stick the tiles.

tiles cost range from rm1.00 to 10.00 psf but most ceramic tile will be less than rm2.00 psf.
polished homo/ porcelain tiles from rm2.5 psf

beside tiles, how about cement, ADMIXTURES, TILE ADHESIVES, COLOUR GROUTS

labour cost "TO LAY TILES ONLY" from rm 2.00 to 3.00 psf
