guys, need some advice on renovations. how much does it cost to change the toilet bowl to seat type and replace existing tiles for one toilet. toilet size is around 10X5feet

guys/girls,

need to ask for advice....i bought a subsale house and need to do renovations on the 2 toilets and other touch up, would like to know to know the estimates for the below:-

1- total reno for the 2 toilets (replace basin, toilet bowl, retile till the ceiling, water proofing)
2- rewiring the whole house or just add another few power point, antenna, data and phone (if the wiring is still ok)
2- change the back and front grill (small+glassdoor). planned to use those maintenance free one....not sure what u call that but definitely not stainless steel
3- waterproof and car porch + fresh layer of concrete
4- awning for the kitchen, and 3 rooms on the 1st floor

There is existing plaster ceiling with downlight n etc, just wanted to replace all of it.

Thanks, my budget is around 20k-30k just for all these.........my uncle will do the tiling for the 1st floor n car porch, so i can hack it myself with the help of my friends. So would like to know if the above is sufficient?

thanks.....i'm doing diy with my uncle for my new house and have to find a single contractors just for one stuff...why, all said not much to do, don wan to take this or quote expensive for a simple job. sigh........will need to find out how to install some glass brick......thanks........
