hey, I have a question...regarding those 0% installment feature we get from credit cards. Who gives the installment feature actually? The card or the outlet you purchase from? I called up Maybank the other day and they say it is totally dependent on the shop itself. If that's the case...why Maybank put 0% EzyPay in their ad?

and it sounds like you can get 0% installment from any other cards....as long as the shop allows it.
Its based on the merchant. How long is the installment will be decided the moment you make the purchase.

I'll say in terms of the 0% Installment, theres Maybank & Citibank everywhere...but Maybank wins overall in term of flexibility. They have 6, 12, 18 & 24 months. It definitely pays to have a higher credit limit with Maybank. Things that I really need and can pay up fast, I will use my Citibank. Things that I feel would best suit me if I drag the payment as long as possible will be my Maybank card. Like my Cali Fitness fees. I charge it 24 months.

At least I won't forget that I am a Cali Fitness member anytime soon.
