I don't think KFC is going to support Visa Wave so soon. They're collabrating with Mastercard to promote Paypass.

Wondering why will be McD's turn? hmm.gif

hi good people,

i have PB visa Classic.. I already submitted an official letter (with my salary slip) to increase my credit limit. Can someone enlighten me the process? is it gonna go all over again like new applications? and how long they would take to accept or reject my request?

Submit the credit increase application form with your slips, and just wait for their answer. Don't need to go through application like first how you did. Normally 1-2 weeks after they received your application they will inform you whether your account/limit is subjected to increase or rejected.

You use something to cover your CVC number?

Or after photocopy, use marker to erase that portion. I always do that ...

You send the CIMB DA application through mail or directly pass to the CIMB Branch??
*
I directly pass it to branch.

Did they call you for any verification?
*

So strange, I'm wondering why they didn't call for some verification. I thought usually banks will do that. hmm.gif

I don't see that will create a problem. If I remembered correctly, I used the above method to apply my current MBB Visa and upcoming CIMB DA Mastercard.

Seriously I don't even know that my card has been approved and delivered if I don't give them a call. At least they should give a call to tell this.

Maiden's name is very important name nowadays. Most of the banks are having this question as security purpose.

hey, I have a question...regarding those 0% installment feature we get from credit cards. Who gives the installment feature actually? The card or the outlet you purchase from? I called up Maybank the other day and they say it is totally dependent on the shop itself. If that's the case...why Maybank put 0% EzyPay in their ad? rclxub.gif

and it sounds like you can get 0% installment from any other cards....as long as the shop allows it.

U can only get 0% Installment if that shop is using terminal same with your card issuer.

Means if u use Maybankard, the shop must have Maybank terminal else cant get 0% Installement unless that shop themself have their own installment plan not associated with bank/credit card.

That is why shops like SenHeng or HSL have atleast 6 terminals from different bank

Got my CIMB DA today. They used Pos Laju to courier the card to me.

Need to go through for activation since there's a warning stated that the card is blocked. They offer a credit limit of double my MBB Visa, HSBC Visa and HSBC Mastercard. It also got Paypass feature.
