Not every bill accepts CC as the payment method in M2U; take TNB bill as a good example.

They will call your working to confirm that u are working there (they might call your boss to verify too).
From what i heard, HSBC wont call u to let u know that ur cc has been approved, but they will call if ur cc application is rejected. u can use the online tracker application at their website to check the status of ur application.

If I pay the minimum amount for this month
And on the next month, I make the full amount to clear all the outstanding. Is it possible? Do I need to contact the bank?

All this is thanks to sudden big amount I have to pay for income tax mad.gif

You can do that but the amount you'll be paying is your outstanding (previous or current statement) + financial charge (interest imposed).

So lets say
April Statement = RM5000 (min amount is RM200)
May Statement = RM2000

I pay April's min RM200, so balance is RM5000-RM200 = RM4800

So to clear all my outstanding on May = RM4800+1.5%(interest) + RM2000 = Amount to pay

Am I right?

Also will I have problem using my credit card by paying minimum?

I short of cash to pay income tax (after calculating it yesterday), so I'm planning to use the money to pay my this month credit card statement to pay income tax

Last year, I already pay RM8k+ tax. But after calculating, I'm still short of RM3k+ tax. So have to come out extra RM3k+ suddenly lor

I need a card which can give me points/cashback on paying utilities bill online?

UOB is giving 0.5% cashback BUT max bill is RM1000/mth.

I'm looking for a card to allow me to pay about RM5k worth of bills/mth with points/cashback. Any recommendation?
