oo.... using it to pay all neccesary things like electricity, phone bill, insurance and some groceries.... all need to pay ones.... not splurge now thinking of citibank coz wanna buy notebook from dell. their installment cc type is only maybank and citibank which i dont have

As David83 said, Citibank Choice Card. But besides the Citibank Choice Card, Citibank Visa/Mastercard Platinum can also be free for life, provide you are their Citigold customer.


CIMB Bank Matercard. Lots of promotion too.

Assuming that you're referring to paying SC bill using Maybank2u. Check under Interbank Fund Transfer.

All banks have annual fees charged to the card but to sell, they will tell you free for life. But really, if you want free for life, you need to proactively use your card.
