i'm getting an MBF credit card soon...any comments?

i just notice form BE was required when applying maybank petronas cc... seem like problem for me,cos i just work less than 6 month and didit have it..so how i goin to apply ?

for online transaction, u need to register Secure e-pay.

have you activated ur DA CC? on the 1st day i got my card, i got conned by the SC, and register also get the same outcome as you.

only the 3nd time i called n and tht's the time my card is activated.

I didn't submit my BE form. It's not a really necessay document.

Otherwise, you can choose to submit your EPF statement.

if the agent desperate for sales, no need BE form o EPF statement lol...

IC photostate, and 3 months pay slip. n some need Degree cert.

Well, I think it's under the discretion of the bank staff who processed your application. I also didn't submit my BE or EPF statement.

noob question here, lets say i want to apply CIMB CC... earning RM2k nett (after deduction of EPF and SOCSO)... what is the best CC for me??? do i need to apply both visa and mastercard or only choose 1?? to apply, do i need to be 21 by year or by my birth date??

according to the cimb petronas cc, im entitled to 0.5% rebate of any retail transaction. if i top up my touch n go at petronas, is it considered as a retail transaction? (similar to other services like hotlink top up etc.)

top up touch n go cannot use by cc....if can, that's good.....but so far, all TnG top up by cash only or ATM...... if can, let me know.....

I'll go over to petronas and ask them then. they have a cc terminal there, so by right should be able to use credit card right? cuz the last time i use my cimb atm card to pay also can (not at ATM terminal). Also, when will i get the rebate?

when I went to collect my card...there was another guy collecting his Petronas Visa as well. The response should be very good...although I'm not entirely sure about his figures.

You can reload TNG using CC Visa or Master at the Damansara, Subang and other big PLUS centres. Note that not reloading at the toll lanes though. I refuse to apply Zing for my Maybankard because of the RM2 service charge, instead I prefer to stop by the PLUS centre beside the Damansara interchange and do a manual reload using CC. May be inconvenient for those not using the highways frequently.

oh, that's good.....do share with us when can use CC to topup for TnG....hehe....BTW, CC will charge for them....while ATM card should no any charges on it....correct me if I was wrong....

IINM, Petronas CS "claims" it is a separate payment system. Cannot use CC, must use cash only. I have reloaded couple of times some years ago. Not sure the policy has changed or not.

Reload TnG using CC can only be done at Rangkaian Segar (Tmn Desa) or some PLUS toll plaza counters only.

Inform us here, if anyone manage to reload TnG using CC on petrol kiosk, ATM, LRT station, etc.

What if i pump petrol, buy some stuff and top up my touch n go over the counter at the same time, then i need to pay them credit card and also cash at the same time?

Yes.
1) Pay TnG = separate cash
2)(a) Pay petrol separate transaction punch-in
2)(b) Pay food/drinks separate transaction punch-in

I think item (2)(a) and (b) cannot be combined into single-CC transaction, I'm not so sure about it. But last time, I can confirm item (1) and (2) cannot.
