2 parts:

"top up biypay by using CC and earn some cc cash" = read post #1 for preferred cards

"withdrawal it every month" = withdrawal feature is available, but over-withdrawing without usage may trigger bigpay to suspend your account (i.e. credit) for further investigation. do not abuse the feature unnecessarily.

Your account will be banned if you withdraw frequently. The $ inside your account will be in your account forver. unsure.gif

Agree with you and totally make sense. Hope bigpay top management look this very seriously.

I rather they focus on the stability now and postpone those new features later.

We're taking it extremely seriously. Whether you believe me or you think this is just some marketing gibberish, we really have a team whose goal is to change the way people think about their money in Malaysia. For too long, customers have had to accept bad customer service and shady fees without having any say in this. We're trying to change it. Of course, we look bad when there's something that goes wrong and our app is down. People are frustrated, especially because it's about money, and I'm 100% with them on that. It's not acceptable. But just the fact that I'm posting here or that we can solve most of our users' issues after a couple of Facebook messages is proof that we want to be different.

We're building and consolidating the infrastructure that'll allow us to be 100% reliable 100% of the time. Once the big bricks will be laid, we'll be able to reach out to you guys, ask you what are the challenges that you face on a daily basis and provide you with concrete answers and solutions within a few weeks or so. Our plan is to have a product roadmap where you can decide what's next. It's going to take a bit of time as we're facing technical, legal and even manpower related issues. But we'll get there. I wouldn't be working at BigPay if I didn't believe it. We'll probably lose people along the way, and I completely understand why. Ultimately, users have all the power - and companies need to listen to them.

The max withdrawal from ATM depends on the denomination available in the machine is it? But assuming all ATM set max 30 notes, wouldn't the max be rm3000 only?

Hi guys, just wondering whether anyone have tried using bigpay in foreign countries for example Dubai/Qatar or US? This is because I will be travelling and staying in US for a few months and am thinking of utilizing bigpay for the best exchange rate in the US. Is there any limitations or US local law that might interfere with the working principle of bigpay? Thanks

Spent in TWD yesterday using BigPay.

xe.com - TWD 100 = 13.2629

but today's money changer is 13.18

could xe.com be more expensive than money changer?

Definitely different from money changer.

The official forum does have a section named "Feedback & Sharing Idea" for that purpose.
